Transfuture Interviewed by Clutch for Expertise in WordPress Development
June 15, 2018
At the start or 2018 we shared that Transfuture had been listed on Clutch, the B2B ratings and reviews platform. Since then, our profile has flourished and we quickly became rated as one of the top digital agencies and developers in New York City.
Clutch subsequently reached out to interview us about our thoughts on WordPress as a content management system. We were flattered to be selected as part of their research and had one of our founders, Joe Egan, share his insights.
Joe began by highlighting why a client might come to our company. He said, “Most of our clients approach us for the same handful of reasons: they’re looking for people who are genuinely interested in learning about their business, innovating on their behalf, and applying their creative expertise toward telling their story in a way that they find difficult to do on their own.”
Starting a web development project can be daunting and overwhelming but working with an agency like ours, and a CMS like WordPress, can help alleviate the stress associated with starting a project.
WordPress is the most common and most popular content management system in the world. It is an open-source publishing tool for the web that originated as a blog-publishing platform. Joe was quick to point out that, “There’s been some misunderstanding around this, with people thinking that WordPress is just for blogs, and that it can’t be used to build elaborate websites.” Bloomberg uses WordPress as does The New York Times. Heck, even Beyoncé uses it!
We truly enjoy building WordPress websites because of the general ease of use along with the platform’s plug-in technology. The community is always innovating and keeping a pulse on what will be the next big thing. While there is room for improvement in everything, WordPress is a powerful tool and we would recommend it to almost anyone – Joe even recommend it to his father!
