Who is your target audience? (Age, gender, interests, locality) What do you want site visitors to be able to do when they come to your site?

Look & Feel / Perception
First impressions are very important. Use a few adjectives to describe how the user should perceive the new site. (i.e. prestigious, friendly, corporate, fun, forward thinking, innovative etc.)
Have you developed a content strategy or content outline for your site? Do you need help in developing, writing and/or editing the content for your web site?
What special functions will you need for your web site? (contact/feedback forms, shopping cart, customer portal, multimedia files, etc.)
What is your desired website launch date? Are there any outside considerations that might affect the schedule (i.e., PR launch, tradeshow, annual report)?
